Side Dish = Short pieces of work or intervention where an hourly rate can be agreed.
Side Hustle = Bid writing, fundraising, Corporate Social Responsibility support for businesses, marketing and communication work.
Side Effects = Interim or Pilot Project management, project start-up/mobilisation, project design, impact monitoring.
On the Right Side = Governance, training and development, policies and procedures development.
Side by Side = Staff participation, group supervision, service health checks.
Side Notes = Report writing, research projects, resource creation, proof reading.
On the Dark Side = More traditionally challenging areas of project management such as cultural re-starts, service redesign or reshaping.
Off-Side = We always welcome the opportunity to discuss any potential services not listed that you believe might be suited to our business or the individuals involved.
Side Step = 1-1 Life coaching, exploratory discussion, personal development.
Our Offer
We are here to help support you with any project or piece of work, no matter the size or predicted length of time.
Free Initial conversation - Up to a 30-minute conversation to discuss your needs and determine whether By Your Side Collective can assist. We will cover what the problem is that needs resolving, the intended outcomes/deliverables and timeframe.
Project cost - this will be determined based on the predicted length of the project, hours required, the super-team member/s involved, and the funds available.
Tailored solutions for your organisational challenges and goals.
Ongoing agreement - for repetitive smaller pieces of work/intervention - an hourly rate or project cost can be agreed depending on the work required, and the best value option for your service.
Customised agreement - where there are multiple projects or interventions, we can agree the best price for you dependent on the budget available and predicated length of the work intended.
Day rates can start from £230, and an hourly rate from £33 depending on the nature of the work, customer status, the frequency of the work, the member of the collective undertaking the work, and of course the funding available. Having collective experience of working with multiple sources of funding, we would always welcome a conversation to find a cost which best suits you, BYSC, and the funder.

We will then arrange a suitable time with you to discuss the proposed piece of work, the intended outcomes, the people involved, the budget (where appropriate), and whether By Your Side Collective are in the position to assist.
Agreements will then be drawn up with the agreed cost, the timeline, and the outcomes and end position set out.
It is understood that information shared, or the areas of work being discussed could be sensitive, and therefore confidentiality agreements can be put in place, DBS checks and letters of assurance can be requested.
